The HNAS-02 Metering Current Transformer Automatic Test Line integrates automatic conveying equipment and an automatic intelligent test system for current transformers. Leveraging automation, intelligence, and information technologies, this system connects with the stereoscopic warehouse where current transformers are stored, enabling automatic conveyance, loading and unloading, testing, sorting, and labeling of current transformers. Moreover, through the User Information Management Platform, it communicates with the production scheduling platform to download test plans and upload test results as well as packaging information.

Applications:

  • Multi-winding Low-voltage Current Transformers: Designed for precise current measurement & step-down in low-voltage systems. With multiple windings, they're used in industrial power distribution, energy metering & protective relaying.
  • Cable / Bar Primary Low-voltage Current Transformers: Cable ones can be clamped around cables for current measurement without interrupting circuits, useful in live systems. Bar ones are for busbars in switchgear & panels for monitoring & control.
