EDMI sends engineers to GENY factory for training
EDMI is a company that specializes in producing smart meters and has a long-termpartnership with GENY. In order to improve EDMI engineers' understanding and mastery ofGENY test benches, EDMI decided to send a group of engineers to GENY factory for a five-day training.
The training content included test bench operation and troubleshooting. The training timewas from March 27 to March 31, 2023, and the Tocation was the training room of GENYfactory. The participants included HUI TING and YEW HT from Singapore, as welT as threeEDMI engineers from shenzhen， and fifteen GENY workers.
The training goa was to improve EDMI engineers' understanding and mastery of GENY testbenches, enhance their skills and confidence, and promote communication and exchangebetween the two parties. The training effect was significant, EDMI engineers said theybenefited a lot, and GENY workers also expressed satisfaction and gratification.
The training gains were not only technical, but also interpersonal. The two partiesestablished a good cooperative relationship and friendship, laying a solid foundation forfuture cooperation. At the same time, they also realized the opportunities and challengesthey faced, and decided to work together to continuousy improve themselves andcontribute to the development of smart meters.
